Sign up for the L.E.A.P. Portal and Receive alerts and information on the amazing In-Person Sessions. These events will happen on campus at NCCU and they will be free to students.
L.E.A.P. with Marcus Anderson will introduce and empower students to hone their craft and make a name for themselves to become savvy entertainment business professionals. Students will be exposed to varying content, including but not limited to:

- Branding on Social Media.
- Diverse Income Generation.
- Market and Brand Growth Strategies.
- Proven Examples of Success in the Industry.

The Portal can be accessed from any computer, MacBook, Tablets, iPad, and mobile device. Portal users have 24/7 access to watch the sessions at one time or spread them out according to their desired schedule. We encourage you to go through the sessions more than once.

Marcus Anderson & Anderson Music, through the L.E.A.P. Program, imparts knowledge and comprehension in the areas of Entertainment Industry Education & Exposure, Entertainment Performance, Artist Craftsmanship, Musical Mastery, and Student Engagement.
The L.E.A.P. Program has something for everyone in the Entertainment Industry, as much happens in the business world of Entertainment & Arts, whether on stage or as an Executive in the back office. This Program will highlight multiple areas, equipping students with information that can be applied in their NCCU Classroom for careers that focus or support the Entertainment and Arts Industry.
These L.E.A.P. Master Workshops and Symposiums will be conducted online and in person with Celebrity and Industry Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
The L.E.A.P. Program offers a semester of proficiency that will provide the foundation for a lifetime of career success.

Discovering essential skills needed to curate a thriving entertainment, music, and/or artist career, is an educational experience most musicians, actors, indie artists, mainstream, new, or veteran – wish they were exposed to before entering the competitive entertainment industry. L.E.A.P. with Marcus Anderson at NCCU creates an opportunity for budding and aspiring artists by uncovering foundational business best practices and industry principles that only experience can teach.
Please register for these smaller group sessions where Marcus Anderson will share his expertise about the entertainment industry and how that has developed into a career and other business opportunities, leading to long-term sustainable success.

- World wide known singer & actress
- Founding member of R&B girl group Destiny’s Child
- Her solo debut album in 2006, debuted at number one on the U.S. Billboard 200 and went certified platinum that same year.
- LeToya became an actress and can be found in movies such as, The Preachers Kid, and has a recurring role in the OWN series Greenleaf.
